Fortress Stalingrad (The Marx Republic)

Description: Fortress Stalingrad is located on a 14 sq. Km island in the 21 miles off the main coast. This is where the government is located, as well as the location of the Department of Defense. An Army/Air Force/Naval base is located here. The 6th Guards Army, 3rd Shock Army, 12th Air Force Reserve, and 12th Naval Spearhead Group are stationed here. Large red brick walls line the island. Troops patrol the area. Naval units and air units provide security in the air. Where the main administrative building is located, is atop a hill within the compound, with it's own interior defensive wall (Star-shaped fort) with troops, AA, trenches, turrets, etc. Rumor has it that elite Spetsnaz guard this building, inside and out. Another rumor is that there is a large underground base that extends for many kilometers in all directions, but this has been denounced by the government.

The conference building, where diplomacy will take place, is within a small, isolated section of the island and has it's own security force of Shock Infantry. There is a small garden, a tiny lake, a small park, a library, a museum, and many more commodities located here to provide a great stay and vibrant atmosphere to this location. There are also many empty rooms within the Conference Building so factions can set up embassies within it.
