Players should PM me on upgrades regarding moving up in armaments(in accordance with the prophecy). One cannot simply walk into Mordor...etc

Techs will cost PP and must be displayed in your Nation thread, explaining what they effect and what they do.

Tech Tree's should look like this:

Theory of Slip Space - Allows the research of Shaw-Fujikawa Tech

Shaw-Fujikawa Slip Space Drives
- Allows Player to have access to these and have ships fitted with these drives. Cuts space travel time in half
