Do terrorists read Tom Clancy’s fiction?

I just thought this was pretty interesting. I do not believe he has access to info the public doesn't have nor do I believe he is involved with any of the events for either side.
I do think, however, he examines the world around us, info we have, info we may get in the future, etc. and basing this back on how it would develop logically.
I would also like to take this moment to say I like Tom Clancy's work.
